2ndBrain.

2ndBrain, built by Adam LaBare

My 2ndBrain runs my whole company. We build a few.

A 2ndBrain is the extra pair of hands your business is missing. It answers the leads, chases the follow-ups, keeps the schedule and remembers what slips, on your own accounts, handed to your people.

It started as the fix for my own ADHD brain. 89 things built and running since January.

Tell us what's eating your week.

A person reads every one and writes back with a straight answer: the closest thing already built, or what it would take.

Do the math on your own week

What one job is costing you.

Pick the one thing you redo every week. The follow-up, the schedule, the quote that sits. Your numbers, not ours.

37%of companies answered a new lead inside an hour. 23% never answered at all. Answering inside the hour made a company nearly seven times as likely to qualify the lead. Oldroyd, McElheran and Elkington, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads," Harvard Business Review, March 2011

"Bring me the one job you redo every week. That's where we start."

A year of it, at 50 working weeks $18,750

That's 250 hours a year on one job. That's the job we start with.

Why I built it

It worked on me first.

I have ADHD. For most of my career I hid it and held it together with lists that kept falling on the floor. So I started building myself a second brain, something that fills in the blanks instead of asking for discipline I didn't have. It worked on me first. It changed everything. Then it got out of the house. That's 2ndBrain.

The tool is never the deliverable. Somebody using it is.
